Can I quickly thaw a full Cheesecake Factory Bakery® cheesecake or cake?

A quick thaw is possible. Start by removing the dessert from the cake box it is stored in.  Once completed, remove the plastic wrapper and paper collar and place uncovered in the refrigerator for 4 to 5 hours. The dessert you are serving should be refrigerated at all times. To maintain freshness, keep covered.
