The cheesecake or cake you have purchased comes with 14 slices. The slices have wax paper to separate the slices that are easily removed by using a cake cutter/server dipped in warm water. To remove a slice, slide the cake cutter/server under the slice between the base and the cheesecake/cake. Once completed, carefully peel back the wax paper attached to the slice from the back of the slice to the front.
